hopefully we both get selected early in the NWN2 ALFA server selections and can get started on a long and fruitful relationship tormenting...err i mean DMing Twisted Evil the players in our two servers on some cross-server style plots

I have some ideas I'd like to throw around and I'll also ask any here to post their ideas

Is this a DM team only board?

if so i guess we could discuss them here, if it is for DMs and players then we have a DM only board on our website where we can discuss the plots

see ya guys!

Hey coach and welcome,

It's a combination of a player and DM forum.
The DM part is hidden for the public eye.

I can only hope that our cross-server work goes wel. I'll start setting up a borders-server forum, mainly discussing cross-server campaigns or related topics that are of importance for both teams.

welcome coach..

sounds like your development for cold lands is coming along well and some of your ideas I've perused are brilliant (the play by email thing was particularly genius).. looking forward to creating cross-server havoc with you and your team..

lol, Thangorn, you slay me Smile

The Citadel of Assassins and company is something I'm keeping in my sights as we build, a likely staging point for raids into both our servers... we may want to add a waypoint for all those nasties in your server, a sort of 'hidden encampment'. Not sure if you want it there, not sure if it's canon, but would make for some very interesting cross-server intrigue.

I'll also be eyeing the Fugue, though I think coach is wanting the build on that one. A great place for all those PGers to gather and be slaughtered without mercy... hey we can even drop dragons on them! Twisted Evil Seriously though, it would make for a great staging point for interested adventurers, and likely we can direct a great many of those groups towards Moonsea, should your DM's be inclined to receive such hearty lootseeking miscreants.

I'm hoping to have a look at some Moonsea canon, as I'm really just an old school PnPer... all this talk of 'core books' and '3.5ed' frightens and worries me... lol. Nonetheless, from our side I'll be thinking on how best to outfit both our players and get them moving back and forth across our lines.

Cheers team,

//Aer

If you want our canon, you'll need to apply for the Moonsea team. We keep everything well hidden. Cool

I love the idea of having the fugue scripted so you have to pray, call out your gods name, etc. and depending on your PCs wisdom they might get taken away by goodies.. if you dont call out your gods name, have low wisdom and fail a check or dont have a god, you get dragged off by devils to eternal damnation.. lol what fun..

Very Happy

Aye, wouldn't it be great if NWN2's toolset is able to let us build the Wall of the Damned? Twisted Evil

Looking forward to helping on the Cold Lands side. I pretty much have it in my craw that the Moonseas will be my Pcs home, though.
